Experience in medical or therapy office management preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of insurance billing and authorizations is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Passion for supporting children and families in need of ABA therapy

Oversee daily office operations and scheduling
Manage client intake, billing, and insurance coordination
Ensure smooth communication between therapists, families, and staff
Maintain accurate records and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Support a positive, welcoming environment for clients and team members
