Behavior Therapist

As a Behavior Therapist at Bloom & Thrive ABA, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with autism do incredible things, such as:

Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible to:
Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy
Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor
Travel to client homes
Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time
Take detailed session notes

• Previous ABA therapy experience
