Full-Time or Part-Time Available

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • State licensure and ASHA certification (CFs considered!)

  • Experience working with children with autism is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for helping children develop confidence in communication

Responsibilities:

As a Speech Pathologist you will:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays

  • Collaborate with ABA therapists, BCBAs, and families to support communication goals

  • Track progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication at home

    • Able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    • Able to move about the child's home, playground or natural environments to engage in ABA Therapy with children.

    • Able to ascend/descend stairs/ladders to engage children in gross motor activities.

    • Able to position self on the floor to engage with children during activities.

  • • Previous experience working with children

    • Previous ABA therapy experience

  • • High school diploma

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Reliable transportation and car insurance

    • Ability to engage in activities with children
